Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

Pulse respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you order a bundle, we collect your business name, website URL, email address, industry, market/location, and any competitor information you choose to share. Payment information (card details) is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

Information we gather about your website. When you submit your URL, we analyse publicly available information about your site — its content, structure, search visibility, and how it compares to competitors. This is the same information any visitor or search engine could access.

Usage data. Standard analytics: pages visited, browser type, approximate location, time of visit. We use this to improve the site.

How we use it

The information you provide is used to deliver your bundle. Your email is used to send your bundle download link, plus occasional service-related messages (a delivery confirmation, an updated link if needed). We don't add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:

Payment processor (Stripe) — handles your payment securely
Email delivery (Resend or similar) — sends your bundle and order updates
AI providers (Anthropic Claude) — generates parts of your bundle from the information you provide
Hosting and infrastructure — stores your order securely

We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't share it with third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

Order details and delivered bundles are retained for two years from delivery, so you can re-download if you need to. After that, we delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, request that we delete it, and object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pulsemarketingco.com.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working and basic analytics cookies to understand traffic. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure storage for any data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we collect.

Children

Pulse is for businesses, not for individuals under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated by email if they affect existing customers.
