The short version
If your bundle isn't useful, we'll fix it or refund you. We'd rather get it right than keep your money.
If you change your mind before we've started generating your bundle, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process it the same business day.
Once you receive your bundle, you have 14 days to tell us if it doesn't meet your expectations. Here's how it works:
Step 1 — Tell us what's wrong. Reply to your bundle email or write to hello@pulsemarketingco.com with what isn't working. Specific feedback helps us fix it faster: “the audit missed our actual customer base” is better than “I don't like it”.
Step 2 — We'll revise it. Our team will revise the parts of the bundle you flagged and send you a new version, typically within 48 hours. This is what most customers actually want — a sharper version, not their money back.
Step 3 — Still not useful? Full refund. If after revision the bundle still isn't useful to your business, we'll refund the full $895 AUD. No subscription to cancel, no fine print, no friction.
The guarantee covers the quality and usefulness of the bundle itself. It doesn't cover:
• Specific business outcomes. We can't refund based on “I published the content and didn't get new customers” — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, market conditions, and time.
• Change of business. If you've sold your business, pivoted, or no longer need the bundle for reasons unrelated to its quality, the refund window has already closed.
• Requests after 14 days. We need to hear from you within two weeks of delivery so we can act on the feedback while it's relevant.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll send a confirmation email when it's processed.
Because a one-time $895 AUD purchase from a business you don't know yet is a leap of faith. We want you to take it. If we can't deliver something useful, we don't deserve to keep your money — simple as that.
